Free online live mindfulness sessions available through The Brown Mindfulness Center

The Brown Mindfulness Center offers three free online live mindfulness practices of varying length that you are welcome to join online or by phone. People from all over the country and internationally pop into these sessions to take a short break from all the “doing” and to cultivate stability and presence. Learn more.

Mondays: 5:30pm – 6:30pm

This is a full hour of practice and discussion with a growing local community

Tuesdays: 11:45am – 12:00pm

15 minute Mindful Pause

Wednesdays: 12:15pm – 1:00pm

30 minutes of practice and 15 minutes of discussion
