TODAY THE HUMANITIES FORUM HOSTS TIMIOTHY BURNS

TODAY in Ruane 105 at 3 p.m. The Humanities Forum will host Timothy Burns.  Dr. Burns will speak on ‘Shakespeare’s Political Wisdom’.  He is a Professor of Political Science at Baylor University.  Editor in Chief of Interpretation:  A Journal of Political Philosophy, Dr. Burns is an acknowledged expert in the history of political philosophy, classical and modern political thought, politics and literature, politics and religion, and Shakespeare’s political thought.  He is the author or editor of seven books, along with dozens of articles, book chapters, and book reviews.  In addition to Baylor, he has been a faculty member at Skidmore College, Boston College (his alma mater), Texas State University, Hiram College, and the University of Toronto, where he earned a Ph.D.  Please see the flyer below.  A reception will follow and all are welcome!
