Join Us for Mindfulness Training Tuesday Nights!

The Division of Athletics and the Division of Student Affairs are pleased to offer all Providence College students the opportunity to join an 8 week mindfulness course!  Students who complete the 8 week program will be prepared to lead mindfulness practices with other students.

The Student Mindfulness Training program will run on Tuesday nights from 7-8pm beginning February 25th and ending April 21st (with a week off for spring break).  The program will be led by Brenda Fingold from the Mindfulness Center at Brown University.

This program is recognized as part of the Friar 4 Career Core Professional Skills program.
