HIIT & FLOW – Saturday September 28th, 7:30pm

Join BOP this Saturday for some late night HIIT & FLOW! There will be a 30 min bodyweight workout then a 30 min yoga session with Crossfit Providence and barre & soul! Free smoothies from Mindful Maia’s will be provided. Get with the flow, and see you there.
