Reminder- Pass/Fail & Course Withdrawal Deadlines

Dear Students,

Please be aware of the following upcoming important dates:

 

  1. The deadline to elect to take a course Pass/Fail is March 19th.
  2. To switch to a pass/fail you must come to the Academic Dean’s Office (Harkins 213) and fill out the Pass/Fail Form. For more information, please refer to the current Undergraduate Catalog for a full description of the College’s Pass/Fail Option.
  3. The deadline to Withdraw from a course with a WD is April 26th.For more information, please refer to the Course Withdrawal Form.

 

Please note the deadlines above do not apply to students currently studying abroad. Students currently abroad should contact the Assistant Dean of Global Education, Grace Cleary (gcleary@providence.edu) with any questions regarding course withdrawal or Pass/Fail options.
