Apply for the Benjamin Family Social Media Fellowship

Writers, analysts, photographers, videographers, and managers are needed for the 2019-20 Benjamin Family Social Media Fellowship!
The program is open to PC students of all majors and gives students the opportunity to visit NYC to visit top digital companies such as Google & Facebook, plan and execute social media campaigns, network with alumni, and receive a $500 stipend.
The Social Media Fellows strive to:
- communicate the Providence College School of Business (PCSB) experience and brand values through social media to its stakeholders, including current and prospective students and their families, PCSB faculty and staff, and alumni
- develop awareness of events, course requirements, programs, deadlines, and business news by increasing traffic to the PCSB website
- enhance the sense of community of PCSB stakeholders through social media engagement
To achieve these goals, the fellowship team — the manager, community manager, editor, analyst, and brand journalist — manages the PCSB Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and LinkedIn accounts. The fellows meet weekly to develop social media strategy and content and also write blog posts and produce videos. Learn more about the team’s roles: https://business.providence.edu/fellowship-roles/
This fellowship is a 10-hour/week commitment for the fall and spring semesters. Training for the fellowship will begin one week prior to the start of the semester. Students will not be considered for the fellowship if they plan to study abroad during the upcoming academic year.
