You asked, we listened!  This semester I’ll be making weekly posts which outline the healthiest meals and creations available at our dining hall in the upcoming week.  We have so many options – some are available every day, and some are specials which are hand-picked by our chef.  I figured it would be best to give you all a solid go-to list of healthy options that are available for you every single day just in case you don’t find any of our specials enticing on a particular day.  So here goes:

Football Sunday Healthy Eats

  Football Season is finally here! The Pats are 2-0 and Brady’s throwing the ball, what more could you ask for? We all go to watch the game but I’m sure we can all agree we’re there for the food. The only red flag? Most of what’s on the table is usually not that great for us..wings, loaded nachos, & dips, just to name a few. However, it doesn’t have to be that way.
