Clean eating’s been around for a while now but starting to gain in popularity again. Since seeing it at Panera and various product labels I thought it was time to bring some light to it. Burger Make-Over

 Grilling and BBQ season is upon us. Most of what we grill is high fat processed meats but it doesn’t all have to be that way. By substituting some of the ingredients you can make a perfectly healthy burger that’s still tasty. First start with the bun. Swap the regular white bun for a whole wheat version with more fiber, use whole wheat sandwich thins, or ditch the bread all together and use boston or bibb lettuce to wrap up your burger.
