It wouldn’t be summer without some ice cream. Here’s a recipe that still allows you to indulge without all the added calories. Not to mention it’s easier than you might think…Yield: 2 Servings Ingredients2 frozen bananasSplash of almond milk1/2 cup dark chocolate chips1 Tbsp of walnuts DirectionsPeel banans and freeze over night. Place bananas in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add a splash of almond milk until desired consistency. Fold in chocolate chips and walnuts. Serve and enjoy!

What used to be our favorite growing chia pet has become the new super food. Incase you haven’t figured it out yet, our ‘chia pets’ were actually just chia seeds until we realized we’re better off eating them.
