Making Use of the PC App

As a second semester senior, I have seen the technological side of PC advance tremendously over the last four years. From Angel to Sakai and ID’s that used to only swipe but now “wave” over the sensor, we have improved. Another addition to our technological repertoire is the Providence College iPhone/Android app that I have found myself using quite a bit lately. Below are some pictures of its capabilities. As a society that is completely infatuated with instant gratification and doing everything on the go, it only seems right that we have all our PC tools right at our fingertips…all the time.

There are many tools of the PC app that often come in handy. For example, you can check out the Mobile Bus tracker that shuttles students from PC to Thayer Street. You are able to look up any important number you may need without the help of Google. From checking your class roster the second it is released to see if you’re in classes with friends or watching the Dunkin Donuts line via Livestream, the app is one of my most frequently used. Download the app for free in the App store and join in on the fun!
